Contemporary Master Bedroom

“How do you wish to feel in the space?” Our client responded with a request for a peaceful, elegant, yet functional master bedroom suite. Simplicity and minimal construction were used when creating the built-in framing for the bed. Lighting and built-in wall storage give the room dimension while also saving space.

The television rises out of a low cabinet that is controlled with the touch of a button. The same remote controls lighting and window treatments. By removing a wall, we created a closet with unique folding/opening doors. This serves as a backdop to a lounge chair and desk. We divided the room into two spaces by using shoji screens.

From Dream to Reality

This home project was really from dream to reality. This client knew that they wanted to make a statement of open spaces, lots of natural light, and sweeping architectural details. And they were elated for having been referred to us.

Glass curtain walls, stainless railings and an amazing glass fireplace provided warmth to this stunning home. Kitchen design included custom skylight to bring in natural light and raise the ceiling height.

Dramatic Bath Redesign

Creating this bath redesign, our vision was to emphasize the serene view of the Intracoastal

Waterway adjacent to this Ft. Lauderdale condominium.

The timeless beauty of marble warms the room; a seamless glass shower enclosure and the placement of the whirlpool tub by the window allow the owners of this winter getaway to experience a luxury spa feeling each time they step into their spacious master bath.

Move over Manhattan!

To create this luxury city-living high rise home, we had to understand the client's vision, and understand how they wished to enjoy their life and friends.

The fireplace is a focal point, built with a custom wall unit that frames a plasma TV. Rare East India Mahogany was used for its soft ribbon effect -- a spectacular combination with the poly lacquer Euro Finish.

And the mirrored background of the custom cabinet allows the glass collection to be viewed from all sides, while reflecting the beautiful 43rd floor views.

The deep rich woods, with stainless steel appointments, along with the dark wheat coloring on the walls set the stage for comfort.

All furniture and furnishings were designed by Carol Guess and made especially for this client.
